For our customers in the European Union, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of £8. Delivery typically takes 10–14 working days from dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

As of 1st January 2021, EU customs regulations have changed. Orders shipped to EU countries may now be subject to local taxes and import duties.

• These charges vary by country and are set by your local authorities.
  
• Monarch London has no control over these fees and cannot cover them on your behalf.
  

Important Information:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties.
  
• The courier or customs office will contact you prior to delivery to collect the required charges.
  
• Delays in paying these fees may result in a delay in receiving your order.
  
• Refusal to pay will result in your order being returned to customs or destroyed, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
  
• Orders cannot be cancelled or returned to sender unless all customs charges have been settled.

Returns from Europe

If you are returning an item under our Returns Policy, please ensure the parcel and customs declaration are clearly marked:

“UK Return – All Taxes & Duties Paid”

If this information is missing and any customs charges are incurred, the return will not be accepted, and it will be your responsibility to pay any resulting fees.
