Delivery:

At Monarch London, we’re committed to ensuring that your pieces arrive both swiftly and securely.

Dispatch & shipping times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1‑2 business days after payment is received (unless otherwise stated).
  • Once your parcel leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation (with tracking details where applicable) via email.
  • We offer the following UK shipping options:
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Express Next‑Day Delivery: for orders placed before 12 pm on a business day
  • For international shipments, delivery times vary by destination; customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned due to no one being available, incorrect address, or failure to collect within the timeframe, additional redelivery costs may apply.
  • If your delivery is delayed, missing, or damaged on arrival, please contact us at sales@monarch-ldn.com (including your order number) and we will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Monarch London piece. If for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve laid out our returns policy below.

Change of mind

  • Unworn jewellery (in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase) may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Please note that engraved or custom‑made items (including personalised finishes or bespoke fittings) cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email us at with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Please pack your item securely and include the original receipt. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 5‑7 business days.
  • Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to clear the funds.

Faulty items

  • If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us immediately at sales@monarch-ldn.com
  • We will assess the issue and, if authorised, will either arrange for a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Please retain (and photograph) any damaged packaging and items, as this may be required to validate a claim with the carrier.

Additional information

  • We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked and insured method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Returns must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged and in the original packaging) to qualify for a refund or exchange under the “change of mind” policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items show signs of use, damage, or are missing any item from the original packaging.
